Product Features

1. The base material has high refractoriness, no sintering, clean return material, high calorific value, and the peak temperature can reach more than 1600°C;

2. Strong heat preservation, 2.55-2.9 times longer than solidification time with sand riser of the same size, 50-75% reduction of metal liquid for feeding, and improvement of process yield;

3. The air permeability is high, and the top of the riser is provided with a vent hole, so that the gas in the cavity can be discharged smoothly when pouring;

4. High dimensional accuracy, can be used for embedded, embedded and other forms of use;

5. With the use of easy-to-cut pieces, it is convenient to knock off the riser directly, improve efficiency and reduce grinding processing costs.
